Kazan State Medical University Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) is an autonomous body responsible for the regulation of the university. On March 6, 1994, the State Committee for Higher Education of the Russian Federation granted the university license No. 16 G 235, which grants it the right to carry out activities in the field of vocational education.
